Good to know.
Do I need to be home, or provide water and power?
We bring our own water and power. We just need you there at the start to hand off your keys and walk the vehicle with us, and again at the end for the final walkthrough if you're available.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on your vehicle's size and condition. Plan on most of the day for an Elite Reset, and less for an Express or just one side. We'll give you a time window when you book.
Is pet hair included?
Pet hair takes extra time, so it's priced separately. Tell us about pets when you request a quote, and your detailer will confirm the price at the walkaround, before any work starts.
How does the membership work?
Start with an Elite Reset. Come back within 30 days for our lowest rate, or within 60 days for a reduced rate, and we bring your vehicle back to that same standard. There's no contract and nothing to prepay.
How do I pay?
Payment is due once the service is complete. We accept cash and popular payment apps (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle). Card payments are coming soon.
