Payment is due once service is complete. We currently accept cash and popular payment apps (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle). Card payments are coming soon.

Plans change. Just give us a call, text or email as soon as you know, and we'll find a new time.

Every price on this site is a starting point. Before any work starts, we walk the vehicle with you and confirm the final price. Extras are always your choice. Heavy pet hair or a heavily soiled vehicle is priced at the walkaround, because the extra work is the only way to do the job right. If that price doesn't work for you, you can book just the interior or exterior, or pass. No hard feelings.

We treat every vehicle with care, but dirt and grime can sometimes hide pre-existing damage (scratches, chips, worn clear coat or prior repair work) that becomes more visible once the vehicle is clean. Valor Auto Spa isn't responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.

We work year-round, including winter. Cold changes what we can safely do outside. Below 40°F, paint sealant won't bond, so we skip it and tell you up front. Below freezing, we'll do your interior and reschedule the exterior for a warmer day. If it's raining at your appointment time, we'll reschedule. If your vehicle is under a carport or other covered space, we may still be able to do the interior and reschedule just the exterior. Rain after we leave is fine: your paint is protected, and any spots will rinse right off. In severe weather, we may reschedule the whole visit for safety. Either way, we'll reach out right away to find a new time.

Please remove valuables and personal items before your appointment. We're not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left inside the vehicle. Vehicles left in excessively unclean condition (large amounts of trash or personal belongings) may incur a $50 cleaning fee, and we reserve the right to decline service if conditions prevent us from working safely or effectively.
