Walkaround and price
We arrive fully equipped, with our own water and power. We inspect the vehicle and confirm the price before the detail begins.
We take our time
Plan on most of the day for an Elite Reset, less for one side. We'll give you a time window when you book.
Final walkthrough
We do a final inspection, then go over the vehicle with you.

Elite Reset FAQ
How long does an Elite Reset take?
It depends on your vehicle's size and condition. Plan on most of the day. Vehicles that need extra cleaning or specialty services take longer.
Will every stain come out?
Not always. Most stains can be improved and many come out completely, but it depends on what the stain is and how long it's been there. We'll tell you what we expect before we start.
What if my vehicle needs more than the Elite Reset covers?
Your detailer will point it out at the walkaround and give you a price. Extras like odor treatment or clay and decontamination are always your choice. Heavy pet hair or a heavily soiled vehicle is different, because the extra work is the only way to do the job right. If that price doesn't work for you, you can book just the interior or exterior, or pass. No hard feelings.
Is the engine bay always included?
We clean it where it's safe to do so. If something under the hood looks like it shouldn't get wet, we'll skip it and tell you why.
